Houghton and Huntingdon Riding Club.
Houghton & Huntingdon Riding Club (HHRC) is a friendly club that caters for keen horse riders of all levels, who live in or around Huntingdon, a market town in Cambridgeshire, UK. It is part of Area 7 of the British Riding Clubs, and is affiliated the British Horse Society. HHRC teams compete in a number of dressage, show jumping, endurance and horse trials qualifiers throughout the year and we have lots of success making it through to championships and are frequently placed in the top rosettes. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive club and anyone that wants to be on a team will get a place on the team with no demands made on attendance at training sessions or other competition success. Whether you have a horse or pony or not, you can still become a member and have fun, as there is so much going on.

Our History
2017
We are having a great year with super results at qualifiers and Championships adn several placings at Championships. Sadly this year Houghton Hall EC closes but we will remain as HHRC
2015
We celebrated our 50th year with a Summer Ball. It was great to see everyone in clothes other than jodphurs and wellies. This year we had teams at the National Championships at Lincoln and the Festival of the Horse Championshipts
2014
At the end of 2014 we became Houghton and Huntingdon Riding club and based ourselves at Houghton Hall Equestrian Centre. We had teams at both Winter and Summer championships

Competitions As a member of BRC, you have access to our local and national competitions including Area Qualifiers and Championships. Our affiliated Riding Clubs also offer opportunities to ride in area points and inter-club competitions.
